Currently we only provide e Vouchers of more than 50 brands on our website. Stay tuned for updates. We are adding new segments and brands almost every week.

You will receive the voucher code and/or PIN as applicable for the brand you have chosen on Email/SMS on contact details provided at the time of transaction.

Orpay currency can be used for make purchases. We verify your identity by your mobile number and therefore do not allow to change the same. In case you created your account on your own, please send an email at Orpay helpdesk with your other verifiable profile details, govt issued identity proof and a declaration that you have lost your mobile number and need to change the same. Orpay helpdesk will verify the same in up to 21 days and can update your mobile number if all verifications are done successfully.

Orpay Merchants team is in constant endeavor to provide the best deals to its patrons. Brands available may change without prior notice basis discussions with individual brands. They may or may not be available again in future.

Orpay Gift Cards or e Voucher can be used only on Orpay website. For brand vouchers purchased from Orpay website, applicable terms and conditions are provided at the time of purchase. Please read TnC carefully for validity and stores/websites where these vouchers can be used.

Orpay portal is created keeping great user experience in mind. It is very simple to use just like any other eCommerce portal. Just choose your choice of products with their denominations and quantity, provide necessary shipping/digitally sending details and make the payment by online payment or orpay balance to complete the transaction.

Promo codes are released from time to time as special offers for a specific group of customers or all customers of a specific organization basis the campaign details. Promo codes are also procured by some organizations for distribution amongst their team basis criteria/cost they choose to keep. For any new offers, keep reading emails and SMS from Orpay sent on your registered contact details.

Denomination of vouchers is selected at the time of choosing the product from product detail page. You will receive the same denominations that you have selected at the time of purchase.

Please read terms and conditions applicable on the vouchers you are trying to purchase. There are some brands that offer this facility and park your remaining balance in your account of that brand. Some other brands may provide a single use voucher also that cannot be used on multiple transactions.

For best experience and fastest delivery, Orpay is created for real-time delivery experience through digital modes only. You will receive your vouchers on Email or SMS.

You can enter the contact details of the gift recipient at the time of purchasing voucher on Orpay. Voucher will be directly sent to them after successful transaction.

Orpay Gift Cards can be used only on Orpay website and/or Orpay tele-redemption process. Please use your Orpay Card on Orpay website to get vouchers for the brand of your choice. You can then go to the respective brand store to make purchase.

Orpay discount codes are to be used in promo code section on Product detail page after entering the denomination and quantity of vouchers you want to purchase. Discount codes are usually applicable for single transactions only.

Please ensure you are using the correct card. There are 3 different kinds of codes in Orpay system. Discount/Promo Codes - these will let you purchase e Voucher at a discounted price on Orpay platform after making the payment. Orpay Gift Cards - These are balance gift cards that can be used on Orpay platform to add balance to your Orpay account. This balance can be used to make purchases on Orpay platform. Brand Gift Cards or e Vouchers - These are the vouchers or cards you receive from Orpay after the transaction is successful. These cards can be used at brand store or website only that are mentioned in the terms and conditions of these vouchers.

Orpay uses very high security to store and share your voucher codes. There is no manual intervention in the entire process. Please check with your friends and family with whom you shared this voucher code to validate if they have already used. TataSky connection installation is done directly by the agency assigned by TataSky. After your successful transaction on Orpay, your details are automatically sent to TataSky team by servers for installation. If you have not been contacted by TataSky team yet, please contact our world-class customer support team with your Orpay transaction ID for resolution.
